Harkness-Herriott Duo (H2)

Canadian multi-instrumentalist, Mike Herriott, and New York musician, Sean Harkness, have been collaborating on recordings, concerts, and a variety of other projects since the two first met in Japan in 2008. H2 consists of Herriott on Flugelhorn and Harkness on guitar and their performances feature a variety of original compositions as well as arrangements of jazz standards and songs from the pop repertoire.

With each maintaining a busy schedule on his own, H2 have also released two CDs under the Opening Day Entertainment label and have performed in the jazz clubs of Toronto, New York, and other parts of North America. Frequently heard on the radio, H2 albums have charted in Canada and parts of the U.S. and their more recent seasonal CD, Home for the Holidays, received the 2012 MAC award for Best Recording....
