Michael Pedicin and The Ocean City Public Library present "The Carl Cox/Dave Hartl Project: Record Musical Collusion" on February 17. This will feature tenor saxophonist Carl Cox and keyboardist/composer/arranger Dave Hartl in an exchange of original music. Also joining in the collusion will be Josh Orlando and Andy Lalasis.
