We’re Back! Last year Independence Island made its debut as the only beach party in Manhattan and featured performances by Fabolous, Kevin Hart and Swedish DJ Sebjak. Special guests for this year will soon be announced. So get ready to kick off your shoes, order a frozen cocktail, and relax your feet in the sand while enjoying the cool breeze of the Hudson River. Experience an Island beach party nestled in a beautiful water front location in upper New York City. Music will feature House and EDM during the day and R&B Hiphop will come alive in the evening.
La Marina is the hidden jewel of the bustling city and provides patrons with a chance to escape without leaving the comforts of home. Upon arriving at Independence Island, just steps from away from the A train, you will be transported into an island paradise that combines music by top DJ talent with luxury beach club. Enjoy VIP service in our fabulous cabana day beds while soaking up the sun with stunning views. This daytime rendezvous will allow for perfect timing to admire the sunset while dancing away on the soft glistening sand. La Marina is a truly unique experience and ultimate destination for those seeking an exclusive and incomparable location for Independence weekend.

Take the ‘A’ train to Dyckman Street and head west. We are a short walk from the subway. Follow the sunset.

1.5 miles from the Little Red Lighthouse/George Washington Bridge. Follow the greenway north and you will cross Dyckman Street just in front of La Marina.
→ BY CAR / TAXI
‘Dyckman Street’ exit off the West Side Highway (last exit before the toll, heading north, first exit heading south).
Advance Reserved Parking now available at 270 Dyckman Street on weekends. Reserve online for guaranteed parking two blocks away ($25 FR/SA & $30 SU).
Valet Parking also available at La Marina entrance, though limited space on SA/SU ($10 weekdays and $20 weekends).
For your convenience, livery car service is available for your ride home.
