Jack Baron is returning to Family Piano’s stage to perform with his band, 3 for All! The group usually features a lot of timeless cuts of jazz, notably Wayne Shorter tunes, and compositions by other saxophone artists.
Baron started playing saxophone in junior high, and has played professionally for several decades. In the 1970s, while touring with the stage production of “Grease,” Jack came to Chicago, and decided to make his home there after living in Southern California for over 20 years. He’s performed with numerous jazz and rock outfits throughout his career, such as the Dave Ivaz Orchestra, The Jerry Coleman Nine Burner, and Frank Portolese to name a few....

Jack Baron always puts on entertaining, high-energy shows for the audience at Family Piano. He recently retired as a teacher, and is now very excited to return to playing for the community–as are we!
