The catalyst for this improvisation was anti-war poems written in various conflict zones around the world, which served as abstract inspiration for the music. The melodic themes of the compositions were transcribed exactly as they emerged, without altering a single note, remaining faithful to the impulses of the improvisation. The audience will also get a first taste of the duo’s upcoming project....

Joakim Berghäll & Adele Sauros on Viapori Jazzissa, We Jazz -festivaalilla sekä Saksassa ja Itävallassa esiintynyt duo. Runoja rauhalle on yhtyeen tunteikas, meditatiivinen manifesti rauhan puolesta.
”Akustinen sielun hieronta”– Roland Holtzwarth
Konsertissa kuultavat sävellykset ovat peräisin Berghällin yhdeltä istumalta soittamasta sooloimprovisaatiosta, jonka katalyyttina sodanvastaiset, maailman eri kriisialueilla kirjoitetut runot abstraktilla tavalla toimivat. Sävellysten melodiset aihiot on kirjoitettu ylös sellaisenaan, ääntäkään muuttamatta, improvisaation impulsseille uskollisena. Myös yhtyeen seuraavasta projektista tullaan kuulemaan ensimmäisiä maistiaisia.
