About
Jazz guitarist and composer Jamie Slater, and his trio, with special guest John Cobb, present instrumental jazz compositions from Slater’s brand new album. This new music features modern treatments of traditional jazz styles, from swing and Latin, to hard bop. Slater’s playing is reminiscent of Wes Montgomery and Jim Hall. The sound of the ensemble, with dual lead instruments of guitar and saxophone is undeniably unique.
