These sessions, led by Bill Lowe and John Kordalewski, are intended for people who enjoy listening to jazz and would like to understand more about what they are hearing.
Participants will be guided in listening to selected jazz pieces and identifying the compositional structure and how the improvised solos relate to that structure. Each session will also focus on one musician's unique approach and unique contribution to the development of the artform.
