The Southern Theatre presents a swinging and theatrical spectacle under the direction of Matthijs Rümke. The ensemble of six actors, six singers and the 11-piece Willem Breuker Kollektief, together with a large group of amateur players (among others a children's class, a chorus and observers) for the multicolored parade of Mahagonny Songspiel featuring the energetic and anarchist compositions of Kurt Weill and Willem Breuker and the sharp texts of Bertolt Brecht and Tom de Ket.
