Welcome Maria Frattura and the Fratturnity, a six-piece combo that plays a blend of sophisticated pop and jazz, to Fridays at the Cabaret Café. Featuring Maria Frattura as the lead vocalist, the band is rounded out by Gabe Weiss on bass, Paul Greenspan on guitar, Jürgen Kern on keys, Jon Golden on drums, and badass Bob Adams on tenor saxophone. Mixing mostly vocal songs with some instrumentals, artists covered include Joni Mitchell, Al Jarreau, Diana Krall, Bonnie Raitt, Michael McDonald, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and the like.
