Lending a heady infusion of Latin flavor to the elements of traditional jazz, Poncho and his band can easily switch gears from a funky groove to pensive boleros to high-energy mambos and rumbas. Titled the “King of the Conga,” Sanchez’s music will keep you on your toes as a featured artist at the First Annual Wickenburg Literary Festival.
