Once per quarter, the Nocturne hospitality team (co-owners Scott and Nicole Mattson, Chef Partner Dustin Beckner and Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Kuney) bring to life an original five course tasting menu that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums through flavor, texture, and emotion. Only available on Thursday nights in the month of March, the current Renditions Menu explores The Sidewinder by iconic trumpeter Lee Morgan. Playing the music of Lee Morgan on these special Thursday night sessions is The Gabriel Mervine Sextet.
