For our Brooklyn friends (and those not afraid to venture across the river!). The Rick Stone Trio with Thomson Kneeland (bass) and Joe Strasser (drums) will perform at Cafe Lore 4601 4th Avenue (corner of 46th Street), Brooklyn, NY on Saturday, January 18th. This is something a bit different as it's a prix fix menu served over the course of several hours, with music in between. $40 gets you several courses of some fantastic home cooked Italian food plus music. This is something a bit different as it's a prix fix menu served over the course of several hours, with music in between. $40 gets you several courses of some fantastic home cooked Italian food plus music. The antipasto course is served at 7:30pm, band starts at 8:30. Then at 9:30 the band takes a break and the main course and desert are served. The band comes back at 10:30. It's a cozy, casual and intimate scene and all the food is personally prepared by the owner! You'll be glad you came :-) Note: they don't have a liquor licence, but you're welcome to bring your own wine or beer.
