Give yourself the gift of wellness! Our 'Rise & Shine' yoga events are a donation-based celebration of morning mindfulness presented in partnership with local yoga instructors. Join Jenny Houston on May 4th for an energizing session of yoga in the Sunset Lounge at Field Arts & Events Hall. Guests will move and breathe together, with the beautiful view of the waterfront! This will be a Hatha Yoga class; all levels & abilities are encouraged & welcomed. Variations & modifications will be offered.Donations will be collected on the day of the event.
