FREEPORT, IL — The Highland Community College Royal Scots and Big Band will perform a spring jazz concert at 7:30 p.m. April 26-27 in the Ferguson Fine Arts Theatre, 2298 W. Pearl City Road, Freeport, to commemorate the college’s 50th anniversary.
