Lou Tavano begins the piano at five, singing at ten, and the theater at fifteen. In 2005, she met Alexey Asantcheeff, who became his pianist, songwriter and arranger.They write together, in French and English.Lou Tavano publishes her first album “For You” (ACT / PIAS) in 2016, and is widely acclaimed by French and European critics. In 2016-2017, she toured in France (more than 40 concerts), in Germany, as well as at international festivals in New York (Winter Jazz Festival), London (London Jazz Festival), Rome and Lisbon. She is currently producing her second opus to appear at ACT, “Uncertain Weather”, this time incorporating a violoncello with the explosive rhythm of her first album.Jazz of the 60s, cooked in Django sauce! This is the motto of the RP Quartet, important gypsy jazz band of the Parisian scene.The birth of this project between these artists has allowed each musician to bring his passion for jazz, while meeting around a common culture: gypsy swing....

Ils écrivent à quatre mains, en français et en anglais.Lou Tavano publie son premier album For You (ACT/PIAS) en 2016, très largement salué par la critique française et européenne . Elle tourne sur 2016-2017 son spectacle en France (plus de 40 concerts), en Allemagne, ainsi que sur des festivals internationaux à New York (Winter Jazz Festival), à Londres (London Jazz Festival), à Rome et à Lisbonne. Elle est en cours de production de son second opus à paraître chez ACT, Uncertain Weather, incorporant cette fois un violoncelle à la rythmique explosive de son premier disque.Le Jazz des années 60, cuisiné à la sauce Django!
