The Rosetta Trio, a collaboration begun in 2005 with Stephan Crump on acoustic bass and two guitarists––one electric, one acoustic––is a unique blend of avant-garde jazz, chamber music, and modern folk. They allows the dynamic and rhythmic flexibility of a drumless ensemble to work to their advantage, exploring various territories of genre, feel, texture, color, and groove.
