Hailing straight out of Brooklyn, Winard Harper's Sunday Series feature Artist has established himself as a premiere Percussionist on the Jazz scene over the last 40 years. Neil Clarke has performed, collaborated and recorded among others with Benny Powell, Taleb Kibwe, Harry Belafonte, Miriam Makeba, Arthur Prysock, Onaje Allen Gumbs, Dianne Reeves. Clarke has held a long time collaboration with Randy Weston's African Rhythms Trio and in his long career has also been involved with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, the Broadway Production of Timbuktu, in film and television.
