Jazz singer Synia Carroll performs a mix of Great American Songbook standards, jazz evergreens and other musical gems inspired by Nancy Wilson, Sarah Vaughan, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Al Jarreau and others. Backing Synia are pianist Billy Marcus and bassist Don Mopsick. Fandango serves global "world-infused" cuisine with an emphasis on Persian specialties, as well as some Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian and Asian dishes.
