The 8th annual Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will take place at historic Salem Willows from 11 a.m. to 7:15 p.m the weekend of Aug. 16-17, 2014. The event is FREE! The two-day festival will include a 21-plus beer garden, an artisan’s fair, a kids tent, free music-education classes and more.
