Join us as the Allan Bezama Group (headed by NYC’s rising star jazz guitarist Allan Bezama, and featuring Skyler Nolan on tenor saxophone, Ilya Osachuk on bass, and Kai Craig on drums) takes us on a vibrant journey through the past, present, and future of jazz. Encompassing everything from the lyrical elegance of Duke Ellington’s In a Sentimental Mood to the avant-garde edge of Ornette Coleman’s Turnaround, the set highlights the evolution of the jazz genre through compositions by John Coltrane, Wynton and Branford Marsalis, Kenny Garrett, Joe Henderson, and more.

Allan Bezama is a New York City-based jazz guitarist whose sound seamlessly blends fluid bebop lines, rich harmonic textures, and a modern rhythmic sensibility to create an expressive and forward-thinking voice. He is recognized as a rising star in the New York City jazz scene, as highlighted in an article on Jazzfuel.com. His musical journey began at New Jersey City University under the mentorship of the late great Vic Juris.
