About
The Bend in the River Brass Band follows the tradition of British brass bands in instrumentation and literature. Its members are post-high school players from southwestern Indiana, western Kentucky, and southern Illinois. The band will be playing two selections. This concert will be a contest preview. The band will be travelling to Fort Wayne to compete against 5 other bands in our division on March 14. Also featured in this concert will be alto horn soloist Alex Schnautz. The JET Brass Quintet will be playing a selection as well.
