The music, written especially for this ensemble, draws from a wide variety of musical styles that are part of his cultural background: Latin-American folk music, jazz, progressive rock, free improvisation, classical music and some hints of Middle Eastern music.
The trio features two musicians who feel at ease navigating those different styles: drummer and percussionist Rodrigo Recabarren and bassist Pablo Lanouguere.
The Futuro album has been highly praised by the specialized media and was included on the list of Best Jazz albums on the Bandcamp platform in 2023.
