His sold-out UK tours emphasized his growing fame in the live music arena. The next step in Radin's rise to the top comes with his biggest tour in 2010. The shows included his biggest gig to date at London's Roundhouse and are preceded by a diverse selection of summer festival dates. To coincide with his festival shows, Radin also released another hit single titled “Brand New Day” which climbed the charts ladder fast enough to further popularize him as a well established artist.

After more than 75 film and television placements and several internationally chart topping singles and albums, Joshua Radin returns in 2010 with his much-anticipated third album The Rock and The Tide.

Radin celebrated his release with a performance on Ellen, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and more. Music from the new album is featured on current episodes of Grey's Anatomy, Life Unexpected, House, Scrubs, American Idol, and One Tree Hill. The 12-song set marks the follow-up to 2008's Simple Times, which earned Radin widespread praise and a #1 spot on iTunes.

Festival Line-up includes as well the band Train, Lifehouse , Jools Holland Rhythm & Blue Orchestra, Macy Gray, Alison Moyet, and Mica Paris amongst a long list of many more bands performing throughout 18 days at different venues.
