Tom Harrell at Exodus To Jazz Concert Series at Hochstein School of Music

Trumpeter and flugelhornist Tom Harrell returns to Rochester with "Colors of a Dream", a piano-less sextet ensemble with two bassists and two saxophonists. Jaleel Shaw on alto saxophone joins Harrell's regular tenor saxophonist Wayne Escoffrey.

Joining Ugonna Okegwo, Harrell's bassist for 14 years, is bassist/vocalist Esperanza Spalding who contributes vocals on some of Harrell's original tunes.
