The Arts Council of Wayne County will host their second Jazz Lovers Showcase, featuring Brian Miller on saxophone on Friday, March 21.

The Jazz Showcase, produced by Eric Xavier, is from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are now available.

Wayne is one of eight counties featured in the African American Music Trails of Eastern North Carolina, a project that celebrates the musical treasurers in the region.

Among Brian Miller’s many musical accomplishments, this Kinston native has played internationally at the Vienna and Montreux Jazz Festivals. He’s also played with a number of jazz greats across the United States and at the White House. Brian will be playing with talented Wayne County drummer, Jasmine Best and Showcase producer, Eric Xavier....

The Wayne County Jazz Showcase series is scheduled to take place the third Friday each month at the Arts Council of Wayne County, 102 N John Street, downtown Goldsboro. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Arts Council or online at www.eventbrite.com, search Wayne County Jazz Showcase.
