Attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with, and listen to a performance by, tenor saxophonist Javon Jackson during this wine reception and intimate four-course dinner held in LONโs private library. Best known as a member of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, Jackson toured and made recordings with the legendary drummer, and has since appeared on over 125 recordings with other prominent jazz musicians. His current musical group, The Javon Jackson Band, incorporates many styles including jazz, funk, R&B and rock.
