Now he performs at the closing concert of the Turku Jazz Festival together with Grammy-awarded pianist Marian Petrescu and bassist Joonas Tuuri.

Olli Soikkeli on noussut yhdeksi maailman arvostetuimmista gypsy jazz -kitaristeista. Nyt hän esiintyy Turku Jazz Festivalin päätöskonsertissa yhdessä Grammy-palkitun pianisti Marian Petrescun ja basisti Joonas Tuurin kanssa.
New Yorkissa asuva Soikkeli on esiintynyt genren maailmantähtien rinnalla jazzklubeilla ja festivaaleilla ympäri Eurooppaa ja Yhdysvaltoja. 2016 Huffington Post- ja All About Jazz -lehdet valitsivat Soikkelin Rhythm Future Quartetin Travels-levyn yhdeksi vuoden parhaista jazzalbumeista.
