Jim Dozet will perform his arrangements of jazz standards from "The Great American Songbook" and intersperse them with some of his own more contemporary original compositions.

An accomplished jazz guitarist, Jim performs solo and with groups regularly throughout New England in a variety of settings. In addition to jazz, he is a singer/songwriter with a new album in the works and a freelance guitar for hire, performing often with many fine musicians in the area. Jim is also a music educator and a member of the faculty at the Portsmouth Music & Arts Center (PMAC) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He holds a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from the University of New Hampshire, where he studied with David Newsam....
