Jim Knapp (July 28, 1939 - November 10, 2021), composed music for big band and chamber ensemble. This evening will celebrate Jim's life and music through a short sample of both types of music from the Jim Knapp Orchestra, led by Jay Thomas, and Scrape, let by Heather Bentley.
