Dans ce travail de mise en forme où doivent s’accorder l’écriture et le spontané, Leïla réussit à mettre en scène les solistes les plus talentueux du jazz actuel, qu’elle a choisis avec grand soin et pour lesquels elle a composé sur mesure. Leur dernier album Suite Andamane, encensé par la critique, a reçu un coup de coeur de l’Académie Charles Cros. Un Octet époustouflant !
