Ranskan Normandiasta saapuva Papanosh tuo räiskyvän ja perinnetietoisen hard-bopinsa Suomeen. Kvintetin tuore projekti A Very Big Lunch on kunnianosoitus amerikkalaiselle kirjailija Jim Harrisonille. Harrisonin elokuvalliset tarinat ovat inspiroineet pianisti Sébastien Palisia säveltämään yhtyeelle uuden ohjelman, jonka Papanosh on ottanut vastaan hyvällä ruokahalulla, inspiraation lähde Harrisonin tyyliin.
Yhtyeen runsas noutopöytä on lastattu täyteen visuaalisista ja tarinallisista raaka-aineista jalostettuja herkkuja.
