Hapi Skratch Entertainment is an independent artist development and music production company based in Loveland, Colorado. Founder Morris Beegle started the company in April 1995 after a 7 year stint with The Handleman Company and Entertainment Zone Inc., in which he worked in Atlanta, Detroit, LA, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle and Honolulu.
Morris honed his retail and distribution chops while working with various record labels, wholesalers, and large chains such as Kmart, Wal-mart and Sears. Prior to Handleman, Morris graduated with honors from the Music Business Institute in Atlanta. The trade school provided a broad overview of all aspects of the recording industry including audio and video production, concert production, concert promotion, radio and broadcasting, distribution and retail, artist management, label marketing, copyright law, and music publishing.

This history laid the groundwork for Morris to build a service related business for artists that assists them in recording, CD Manufacturing, graphics, distribution, promotion, music licensing and web based marketing.
These tools are the foundation from which Hapi Skratch truly provides artist development. In April 2003, Hapi Skratch Entertainment celebrated its 8th year as the Rocky Mountain Music Hub.
