This label helps jazz musicians in straightahead, mainstream, bop, Latin, swing, and vocal genres produce, promote, and publicize their recordings. Jazz Link began as an award-winning magazine in Southern California in 1988 then changed its format several years later to primarily focus on assisting the recording jazz musician.

Owner/writer/producer Jude Hibler and her partner, guitarist Dale Bruning, have a number of artists on their label, including Dale Bruning, Michael Moore, Terry Clarke, Mark Patterson, Bill Frisell, Rich Chiaraluce, Joni Janak, Sandy Graham, Ron Moewes, Gerald Wiggins, Ken Walker, Paul Romaine, Kenny Burrell, Ron Anthony, many others.
