Formed in 1989, Notlaw Music is an independent music publishing / record company, affliliated with BMI. Among others, the company represents award-winning musician/composer/producer Richard Walton. Richard composes and produces a wide variety of music; jazz, pop, rock, gospel, country, folk, latin, etc. and has 6 CD releases on the label. The Richard Walton Group is a highly acclaimed instrumental contemporary jazz group, who performs frequently around the Mid-Atlantic region.
