Put together by the drummer Sylvain Darrifourcq inviting Théo Ceccaldi on violin and his brother Valentin Ceccaldi on cello, IN LOVE WITH has become one of the most emblematic group of the bubbling young French generation. Following a remarkable Finnish debut at April Jazz 2018, the hypnotic trio starts a Nordic tour on November 1st in Tallinn. The round continues in Finland till November 11th with a last concert in Helsinki and a concert at Suistoklubi on November 5th.As a truly exhilarating project IN LOVE WITH stretches the concept of jazz over the gender borders. Their new album Coitus Interruptus is Strongly influenced by Faulkner’s and Beckett’s novels, where various timeframes and subjectivities unfold in a disorderly manner, almost in a barely comprehensive language.
