Friday the 10th of July: Experience the duo Vejslev & Vejslev which started in 2008, which is also when Kristoffer Vejslev really started to immerse himself in jazz. Taught by his dad, composer and guitarist Jakob Vejslev, the teacher/student relationship quickly developed into a common journey of the art of playing a guitar duo. Vejslev & Vejslev explores the duo format through jazz standards, from windblown bebop to floating ballads; all with the mutual musical understanding that comes after years of intense interaction....

Hver fredag i juli inviterer vores bar, BAR50, på hyggelige intime jazzkoncerter kl. 17.00! Her kan du starte weekenden med et glas vin, en god kop kaffe, snacks og meget mere.

Vi har som altid gratis entré, men denne gang bliver koncerterne udført i en intim udgave med max 50 gæster. Husk derfor at booke plads til en af vores 5 sommerjazz koncerter! Skriv en mail til [email protected] med dit navn, ønskede koncert og det antal personer som ønsker at deltage.

Fredag d. 10 Juli kan du opleve duoen Vejslev & Vejslev som startede i 2008 hvor Kristoffer Vejslev for alvor begyndte at fordybe sig i jazz. Undervist af sin far, komponisten og guitaristen Jakob Vejslev, udviklede lærer/elev forholdet sig hurtigt til en fælles rejse ind i kunsten at spille guitarduo. Vejslev & Vejslev udforsker duo-formatet igennem jazz standards fra hæsblæsende bebop til svævende ballader; alt sammen med den gensidige musikalske forståelse der kommer efter års intenst sammenspil.
