From the Netherlands, Vivienne Aerts studied at Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA) where she worked with renowned jazz artists such as Danilo Perez, Joe Lovano, John Patitucci, Joanne Brackeen and Kenny Werner. Her music refers to the sounds of the Ella, Duke and Miles. Being occasionally uncategorizable Vivienne is more than a composer and a singer. She shared stages with national and international renowned artists such as Lee Konitz, Kenny Werner, Joe Cohn and Florian Weber. In 2009 was the release of the 1st cd called 'Roofgarden' and her second cd "Polaroid" (2012) is a snappy Jazz a cappella EP, recorded with Australian electronic producer Geoff Baker. Last April she moved to Nyc where she played her debut at the Blue Note Jazzclub with Kenny Werner's ensemble and this year she will focus on producing her next album that will be released in 2016....
