WORKSHOP WITH DAVID FRIESEN at Nelson Art Festival

Jazz legend David Friesen will be leading this workshop for all lovers of music - both players and listeners.
The workshop will include a discussion on the art of listening, what to listen for, and how to improve both the physical and spiritual aspects of one’s playing abilities. Plus how to play in a group context in which the music will become greater than the individuals playing it.
Time permitting, there will be an opportunity to play together in a group situation, so bring instruments.
