The Chris Joris Ritual Quartet brings a special mix of jazz and African rhythms. Four talented musicians take you on a musical journey full of sound, rhythm and atmosphere.

On stage you hear a unique combination of instruments and influences. Lauriane Ghils plays the kamalan ngoni (a West African harp), congas and percussion. Erwin Vann provides warm melodies on tenor sax. Sal La Rocca keeps a firm grip on the groove on double bass. And Chris Joris, drummer, percussionist and composer, brings everything together in a powerful and surprising sound.

The result? Music that moves, surprises and connects — with influences from different worlds, but always full of feeling and energy.
