Curator Gert-Jan Dreessen, drummer/composer and one of the great jazz talents of his generation, invites fellow musicians from Belgium and the Euregio to Sint-Truiden especially for this concert series and gives them carte blanche to experiment freely for a whole day. and surprise you in the evening with previously unpublished material. DeFwajee will be converted into a jazz club for the occasion and after the concert you can chat with the musicians while enjoying a local beer and a live DJ set.
Gert-Jan Dreessen kicks off the event and invites musician friends for a dazzling opening concert on Friday, September 15: Nicola Andrioli (piano), Steven Delannoye (sax) and Sal La Rocca (bass).
