Trumpeter & composer Laura Jurd is one of the most striking talents to emerge on the UK jazz scene in recent years. Whether playing with her own quartet, Human Spirit, or in Blue Eyed Hawk, Laura has enjoyed huge critical acclaim. Her latest band, Dinosaur, is a vibrant and creative ensemble that has taken Europe by storm with appearances at the Berlin Jazz Festival, Jazz Sur Son 31 in Toulouse, 12 Points in Dublin and Jazzahead in Bremen.
