Piandia is a duo consisting of Berklee professors and old friends John Funkhouser (piano) and Jerry Leake (tabla). Funkhouser and Leake team up to delve into the ancient tradition of North Indian (Hindustani) classical music. This concert takes place at ARTS pace, a pop-up gallery and intimate performance space that's the brainchild of arts-lover and community-minded entrepreneur Luisa Harris. It's a quick 5 min walk from either Roxbury Crossing on the Orange Line or Brigham Circle on the Green E Line. Street parking also available.
