During the pandemic I published a book of photographs and wrote, directed and performed the original soundtrack for the art documentary film Fleeting Structure that features my paintings and photos. Fleeting Structure has won laurels at film festivals around the globe for photography, cinematography, sound, and editing in categories of best educational, inspirational, environmental, experimental, and science film. Check out the artwork that now includes mirror symmetry and photo collage or mry to create a surreal scene often with musical components. I exhibited a fascinating subset, Noir Images, at the Florence Biennale 2023 and at Art Dubai 2024. Along with painting and photography, I am routinely engaged in spontaneous nonverbal dialogue with other improvising musicians as a member of the Santa Fe Avant Jazz Collective. The collaborative creative process is challenging and highly rewarding. I was jury selected as a Featured Artist by the European Circle Foundation for the Arts in 2021 as an artist who exemplifies “current trends and original practices that tell the story of what visual art looks like today.” My photographs are featured in Art in Dialogue with Nature celebrating the 360th anniversary of Daniel Defoe and 170th of Antoni Gaudi (art book series: LOUNGE 2 – volume VII) published in Germany, 2022.
