The Foyn Trio is one of the up-and-coming bands on the Danish jazz scene. Their 2011 debut album Joy Visible was highly acclaimed by the critics and nominated for “Best Vocal Jazz Album” at the Danish Music Awards 2012. Live Foyn Friis’ stellar vocals and on-stage presence take the audience by storm and leave a lasting impression. At jazzahead!, the trio presents their extended line-up with a string section.
