Led by the driving energy of inventive drummer Seb Rochford, Polar Bear’s blend of jazz, lively melodies, break-beat rhythms and quirky electronic sounds has earned them a reputation as one of the UK’s most interesting and enjoyable live acts. Featuring ex-Loose Tubes saxophonist Mark Lockheart, fellow horn man (and Acoustic Ladyland leader) Pete Wareham, bassist Tom Herbert and the electronics of Leafcutter John, they perform tracks from their new album Peepers.
