The MusicSack is a database with 15 million rows of data on one
million people who have been involved in music.
The MusicSack is an index to almost every biographical dictionary (with bios of people involved in music) ever published (to 2000)
For example the MusicSack has all the artists from Brian Rust\'s Jazz Records 1897-1942 (9,605 of them) (plus the artists from his non- Jazz discographies)
Our objective is to create a global repository where data about any artist who has made a recording can be stored.
