Kaiser Pommes is the brand new quartet of Danish trumpet hero Kasper Tranberg and Berlin-based Danish saxophonist Asger Nissen. In this explosive encounter, Kaiser Pommes unites the jazz scene of Copenhagen and Berlin with German drumming luminary Oli Steidle and the hip Danish bassist and Berliner-by-choice Thorbjörn Stefansson.

Kaiser Pommes debuted at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival in 2023 and gave a stunning concert at the ILK Sessions in 5E. This was the starting shot for further musical activities in 2024 and beyond, in the form of touring and recording the first album.
