The quartet, founded in 2017, releases their new CD with a live recording from the Mœrs Festival 2020 on the Cologne label IMPAKT records.

Improvised music in the sonic guise of Electronic New Music.

The musicians understand their instrument as a pseudo-electronic sound generator that is rather "regulated" than played. Through gradual changes of textures, frequencies and rhythmic patterns a multitude of fine microtonal beatings, rhythmically complex overlays and seemingly endless layers of glissandi are created - in this way an alien sound world with its very own poetry emerges.
Nevertheless, the music is always spontaneous and does not shy away from everyday sounds, language and emotional outbursts.
The constellation of prepared tuba, extended snare drum, analog synth, piano and clavinet creates a kind of "meta-instrument" and allows for a multi-layered and versatile orchestration.
Together, the musicians explore the architecture of superimpositions, creating sculptures and manipulating them.
