In times of isolation, Heiner Schmitz goes in search of what home means to him. He finds: Memories, places, feelings, and people that are of importance to him. His findings he summarizes in this program, he does not stop at stylistic boundaries, composes without filters and without default....faithful to the motto: Meet Claude Debussy, Thom Yorke and Brad Mehldau in the playgroup of their children.

In addition, he has invited four dear musician colleagues, who have accompanied him for a long time on various occasions and are thus also part of his home pieces.

The concert is the conclusion of two days of recording at LOFT.
