„I put together this line-up to record some of my many compositions for a CD production. With Norbert Scholly I have found a guitarist who has a „special“ and own sound in the most positive sense, which is also true for Reza Askari on bass and these two sounds mix very well with mine in my opinion.
I have worked with Reza a lot in the past 13 years (especially as a drummer). With Norbert, too, there have been many concerts over the last 20 years (somewhat more sporadically) in various musical contexts (as drummer and pianist). On this evening we will play pieces from the upcoming album as well as jazz standards.“...
